Full Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities and excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients. Responsibilities:

  • Identify Potential Clients: Research and identify potential clients in the target market. Conduct thorough research to understand the prospective client's business needs, challenges, and how our products or services can meet those needs.

  • Develop Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their requirements. Maintain and enhance existing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Partner with Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling and contract-winning proposals. Ensure proposals are tailored to meet the specific needs of current and prospective clients and are presented professionally and persuasively.

  • Negotiate Contract Terms: Skillfully negotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Communicate agreed terms to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding.

  • Collaborate with Design and Production Teams: Work closely with design and production teams to ensure that contracted product specifications are met. Oversee the execution of contracts to ensure products are delivered on time and to the agreed standards.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations. Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to provide informed insights and recommendations.

  • Market Analysis: Utilize industry knowledge and research to anticipate market trends and drive innovative business development strategies. Analyze market data to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

  • Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services. Use feedback to refine business development strategies and enhance client satisfaction.

  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners. Professionally represent the company
    and build a strong network of industry contacts.

  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and performance.

  • Training and Development: Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities. Stay informed about new business development techniques and best practices.

  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team. Encourage creative thinking and new ideas to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role. Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Attributes: A proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for business development. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. High level of professionalism and integrity.

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends. Ability to leverage industry insights to drive business development strategies.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
