Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 50,000.00 - Rs 60,000.00 per month

We are hiring a dedicated and efficient Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a liaison, providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to manage incoming phone calls, identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. You will provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools. You will also be responsible for meeting personal and customer service call handling quotas, handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Incoming Phone Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
  2. Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  4. Information Provision: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  5. Meet Call Handling Quotas: Meet personal and customer service call handling quotas.
  6. Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Job Specification:

  1. Education: Must have an intermediate degree.
  2. Phone Handling Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Multi-tasking Ability: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Additional Information:

  • Location: This position is based in Lahore. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work.
  • Shift Flexibility: Candidates must be able to work in any of the shifts assigned (morning, evening, or night).
