Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Development and Execution:

   • Plan, develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
   • Handle all aspects of the campaigns, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, and deployment.

2. List Management and Segmentation:

   • Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
   • Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of email lists for optimal delivery rates.

3. Design and Content Creation:

• Design and create visually appealing and effective email templates.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience.

1. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
   • Coordinate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging.

2. Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

   • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign effectiveness.
   • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

3. A/B Testing:

   • Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls to action.
   • Use insights from testing to continuously improve email campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven email marketing experience, with a successful campaign management track record.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to design and create engaging email templates using HTML/CSS.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
