Position: Social Media Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Remote
Hours: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (4 hours/day)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Manager at Prorecruit, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Utilize Social Media Marketing Tools: Create, develop, and maintain the company’s brand presence across various social media platforms. Use tools to schedule, manage, and analyze social media activities effectively.

  • Engage with Followers: Respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews. Engage with our audience to build strong relationships and foster a sense of community.

  • Optimize Content: Foster community participation and interaction by optimizing content for engagement. Ensure that posts resonate with our audience and encourage interaction.

  • Design and Implement Strategies: Create and execute creative social media strategies that align with our business goals. Develop plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Monitor Mentions: Keep track of mentions of our organization in news feeds and on social platforms. Address any issues or concerns that arise and leverage positive mentions to enhance our brand reputation.

  • Manage Content Calendar: Create and manage a social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely content posting. Coordinate with other team members to align content with broader marketing campaigns.

  • Daily Channel Management: Oversee and manage daily activities on social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Ensure all channels are active and engaging.

  • Plan Content Delivery: Plan and deliver content across platforms using scheduling tools. Ensure that posts are timely and relevant.

  • Develop Campaigns: Create and manage promotional competitions and campaigns. Use these initiatives to boost engagement and reach.

  • Facilitate Conversations: Engage in social media conversations to manage online communities. Address any issues promptly and maintain a positive community environment.

  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of social media trends and inform management of relevant developments. Ensure our strategies are current and effective.

  • Budget Management: Manage and track budgets for social media activities. Ensure spending is within budget and maximizes ROI.

Analytics & Performance:

  • Set and Measure KPIs: Establish key performance indicators for social media campaigns. Track and measure the success of campaigns against these KPIs.

  • Analyze Strategies: Review digital marketing and social media strategies to identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.

  • Monthly Reports: Compile end-of-month reports to showcase results. Provide insights and feedback on what worked and what didn’t.

  • Utilize Analytics Tools: Use tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to track social media performance. Ensure data is accurately tracked and reported.

  • Present Strategies: Present strategies and results to the broader business. Ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged with our social media activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist. Proven track record in managing social media accounts and developing successful campaigns.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with a diverse audience.

  • Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in managing various social media platforms. Understanding of the nuances of each platform and how to leverage them effectively.

  • Marketing and Analytics: Experience in Social Media Marketing and analytics. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • AI Tools: Must have experience using AI tools for Social Media Management. Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • SEO and Web Metrics: Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. Understand how to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.

  • Research Skills: Skilled in audience and buyer persona research. Understand our target audience and tailor content to their interests and needs.

  • KPI Understanding: Deep understanding of social media KPIs. Track and measure performance effectively.

  • Web Design and Publishing: Familiarity with web design and publishing. Ensure content is visually appealing and professional.

  • Creativity: Creativity in content creation, aligning with market trends and customer interests. Develop engaging and innovative content.

  • Trend Identification: Ability to research and identify social media trends and tools. Stay ahead of the curve and implement the latest best practices.

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong project management skills. Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills. Make data-driven decisions and manage your time effectively.

  • Interpersonal Skills: A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
