What You Will Be Doing:

  • Prospect, Educate & Qualify Leads: Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, educate them about Podium’s solutions, and qualify them to create sales-ready opportunities. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base by understanding their business needs and demonstrating how our products can address those needs effectively.

  • Master the Podium Story: You will become an expert in the Podium story, effectively communicating our mission, values, and the benefits of our solutions. Your ability to evangelize the Podium story will be key in building strong relationships with prospects.

  • Align Solutions with Business Objectives: You will work closely with prospects to align Podium’s solutions with their business objectives and needs. This involves understanding their challenges and demonstrating how our products can help them overcome these challenges and achieve their goals.



  • Collaborate with Sales Reps: You will collaborate with sales representatives to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos. This teamwork ensures a seamless transition from initial contact to closing the deal, enhancing the overall customer experience.

  • Stay Informed: Keeping abreast of industry trends and the technology landscape is crucial. You will proactively stay informed to ensure you are a trusted resource for prospects and customers, providing them with the latest insights and solutions.

  • Strategic Outbound Communication: Making strategic outbound calls and emails daily is a key part of the role. You will reach out to potential clients, introduce them to Podium’s solutions, and build relationships that lead to successful sales outcomes.

  • Data Management: Acquiring key prospect data from initial conversations, the web, and other sources is essential. You will ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in the CRM, facilitating effective communication and follow-up.

  • Achieve or Exceed Quotas: Your success will be measured by achieving or exceeding monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed. Your drive and determination will be critical in meeting these targets and contributing to Podium’s growth.

What You Should Have:

  • Location: You must be geographically located in Lahore, Pakistan. This role requires you to work from our Lahore office and during the graveyard shift to align with our global operations.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. You will be communicating with international clients and team members, making excellent spoken and written English skills a must.

  • Educational Background: A 4-year degree in Business or a related field is preferred. This educational background will provide you with the foundational knowledge needed for the role.

  • Sales Experience: You should have at least two years of B2B technical sales experience or other qualified sales experience. Proven success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new businesses is highly desirable.

Pay: From Rs335,820.00 per month
