Key Responsibilities:

As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting Solar Solutions: Actively promoting and selling our range of solar solutions to businesses and homeowners. This involves understanding customer needs and offering suitable solar products that meet their requirements.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets. This involves proactive sales efforts, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.

• Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers to understand their energy needs and providing tailored solar solutions. You will be responsible for explaining the benefits of solar energy and how our products can help reduce energy costs.

• Presentation and Communication: Delivering compelling presentations and effectively communicating complex information clearly and persuasively to potential customers.

• Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential customers and staying updated with industry trends and developments in renewable energy.

• Collaboration: Working collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Follow-up and Support: Providing excellent post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in renewable energy, engineering, sales, marketing, or environmental sciences. Candidates with A-Levels will also be considered if they have a strong sales background.

• Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in solar sales is highly desirable, but experience in sales from any industry or call center will also be highly regarded.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. The ability to build rapport with customers and present information effectively is crucial.

• Motivation and Drive: Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A proactive approach and a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals are essential.

• Passion for Renewable Energy: A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability. Understanding the environmental benefits of solar energy and being able to convey this to customers is important.

• Team and Independent Work: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Being a team player who can also take initiative and work autonomously is vital.

Additional Information:

• Night Shift Opportunity: This role requires working night shifts, based in Bahria Town, Lahore. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Candidates must be comfortable with these timings.

• Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs 70,000.00 to Rs 100,000.00 per month, based on experience and performance.
