Position: Sales and Lead Generation Agent
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 30,000.00 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our sales and lead generation team. As a Sales and Lead Generation Agent at MyTutorPod, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential leads assigned to you by our marketing department. You will be expected to present product demos, effectively communicate with clients, and successfully close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Contact and Communication:

   • Contact potential leads via phone calls and other communication channels provided.
   • Present product demos to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our tutoring services.

2. Client Relationship Management:

   • Build rapport and establish a strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
   • Use critical thinking skills to identify client requirements and create a tailored pitch that convinces them of the value our services offer.

3. Sales Performance:

   • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

4. Team Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a telemarketing or lead generation role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote work environment.
• Flexible to work night shifts between 10pm and 6am.
• Critical thinking capacity to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in the education or Ed-tech industry is desirable.
